We collect information you provide directly when creating a workspace, such as your name, work email address, phone number, and account credentials. We also collect operational data generated during platform use, including shift timestamps, task completions, and active GPS coordinates (strictly constrained between clock-in and clock-out events).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide, operate, and maintain the WayRun platform, generate automated timesheets and payroll exports, and manage subscription billing.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your operational data. We partner with vetted infrastructure providers, including Stripe for tokenized payment processing (raw credit card numbers never touch our servers) and cloud database platforms for persistent storage.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Your records are retained as long as your workspace remains active. Account owners can request complete export or permanent deletion of their operational data and user accounts at any time in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
